Description
Modosmart is the best tool for the property managers of touristic apartments because it minimizes the energy consumption thanks to a smart management of the air conditioning. Modosmart turns off the A/C when the guests leave the house. Thanks to the smartphone App the property manager will be able to:
- Set a maximum/minimum temperature for the A/C in each room
- Read temperature and humidity values in each room
- Set on/off timers
- Turn on/off the A/C from anywhere at any time

Falta infraestructura para dar el servicio deseado.
No tienen todavía la capacidad ágil de resolución ante una incidencia, todo y tener una cuota de pago. Además el servicio desaparece el fin de semana. Espero que mejoren la App, porque el sistema tiene potencial.
Nada recomendable
El servicio de atención a incidencias es pésimo. Llevo 4 meses con este sistema y se me bloquea continuamente. Hoy llevo intentando contactar dos días y sin respuesta. Y además publican que he ahorrado en verano un 40% de mi factura cuando empecé a usar el aacc en noviembre. No lo recomiendo en absoluto.
Solución ideal para apartamentos turísticos
He instalado modo en mi pequeño hotel y la verdad es que va muy bien. Lo uso más que todo para adecuar la temperatura antes de que lleguen los huéspedes. En mi caso no lo he comprado por ahorro de electricidad pero puedes activar y desactivar el sensor de movimiento por si quieres que se apague solo (lo que ahorra un montón si el huésped no está). El servicio técnico al principio no estaba los fines de semana pero ahora si (muy importante tomando en cuenta que nos dedicamos al turismo). Además, se me ha roto la pantalla de uno por mal uso de un huésped y me lo han cambiado muy rápido y sin preguntar nada. Por otro lado la app funciona bastante bien ahora (han ido haciendo mejoras que se notan). En mi caso agradezco la duración de la Bateria puesto que he estado casi un año si recargar los mandos. Los recomiendo
