Mootiv is available on a 3.99€ monthly subscription or a 39.99€ annual subscription. Each subscription is self-renewal. Subscription applies to Mootiv - Personal Trainer
Subscription details: Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renewal is disabled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The payment will be charged to the iTunes account in the purchase confirmation. The amount will be charged for the renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, and will identify the cost of the renewal. Subscriptions can be managed by the user, and automatic renewal can be disabled from the user's account settings after purchase. No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period. No contestan
Cobran servicio premium pero ni los entrenadores contestan, ni el mail de soporte funciona
Entrenadores no disponibles
Antes estaba contenta con el servicio pero ahora estoy bastante descontenta.
Llevo desde agosto intentando contactar con mi entrenador, como no lo conseguía por el chat, contacté con otro entrenador que le dio una respuesta y desde ahí no volvió a responder.
Además contacté por correo diciendo mi problema hace un mes y no he recibido respuesta.
