The Service Hub mobile application complements MRI Software’s Residential Facilities Management software, providing a paperless and fully integrated work order management solution. Accessing and updating service request information in the field will improve efficiency for the maintenance team.
Service Hub provides quick access to a list of work orders that can be sorted by priority, status or overdue date, eliminating the need for paper printouts. Simply drill into a work order to update the completion details and realize increased time-savings and effective resource utilization.
