You can access the application without a ticket and discover all the points of interest in Pompeii.
By accessing the application with a ticket, you will be able to take advantage of additional content. In this case, you will be able to access:
• By scanning the QR Code or the barcode shown on the ticket
• Manually enter the order number shown on your ticket
Application functionality by signing in without a ticket.
The Map feature allows you to discover all the points of interest that make the Archaeological Park of Pompeii one of the most important UNESCO World Heritage sites. For each point of interest, you will find descriptions, visiting hours, images, and much more. Within the map, there is an area dedicated to the services and facilities available within the Park.
In the Exhibitions and Routes feature you will find our suggestions for visits, such as dedicated exhibitions and routes.

All information about your visit will be available within the application, for example, the QR Codes associated with your ticket.
The Map functionality will propose the tour with all the points of interest that can be visited within Pompeii. For each point of interest, you will find audioguides designed for adults and children, descriptions, visiting hours, images, and much more. Within the map, there is an area dedicated to the services and facilities available within the Park.
In the Explore area of the map, you can discover all the points of interest that make the Archaeological Park of Pompeii one of the UNESCO World Heritage sites.

Inaceptablemente mala
No merece la pena ni por probar. La geolocalización va regular, los crashes son constantes, pero lo peor de largo es la calidad del audio. Es tan mala que hay que concentrarse para entender lo que están contando. Es incomprensible que esta sea la guía oficial.
The app doesn’t work
The app just doesn’t work, I don’t understand why it is recommended to tourists.
The worst tour guide ever.
This application does not work properly. Too many bugs during the visit. Sadly we just trust in this audio guide and was a living hell, it stops all the time or just did not run. It took a lot of patient to try make it work, both in the audio guide list and in the digital map, end up exhausted not using it at all, so we missed a lot of information and we could not enjoy the whole visit. Please change it urgently or simply do not recommend it and have physical audio guides to rent in all entrances.
