Have made multiple orders with NAMSHI. I be never been unhappy with any order or service! Love the packaging, especially the stickers for the kids!

They won’t refund your money

Returned an item and after one month I’m still waiting for my refund. I keep calling and they keep asking me to wait but time limit is over. Any other online retailer is returning in 2-3 days MAX this is ridiculous
