Best place to buy designer clothing it has the best curated selection from the whole internet.

Ok, but

It used to be the best, but not excellence in customer service anymore. Returns take foerever (up to 10 days) which is inadmissible and makes you think about shopping online in net-a-porter and if something is not right it takes a while to get an answer and a solution. Pity.
