nurture is a free evidence-based holistic wellness app designed to help you manage acute and chronic stress
- relax and enter a deep state of calm through the aid of evidence-based breathing protocols
- gain insights on your stress levels through health points (hp), showing you the effects of your habits (sleep, diet, drugs)
- brainwave entrainment to facilitate states of focus, relaxation, meditation and sleep

features of the watch app include
- live biofeedback
using real time data from your apple watch, nurture helps you relax or sleep through cueing you to follow specialised breathing protocols that have been shown to alleviate acute and chronic stress (resonance breathing and 4/7/8)
- monitor your heart rate variability (hrv) and health points (hp) over time to know when it's time to recuperate mentally and physically

universal app (iphone, ipad, mac)
- curate your own auditory brainwave experiences with isochronic tones that automatically mix with other audio to facilitate focus, relaxation, meditation and sleep

note: integrates with Health app to obtain heart rate and heart rate variability data for biofeedback and saving workouts
