Hemos reservado hasta ahora 3 coches sin problema por el método del deposito de los 1000€
Pero resulta que teniendo un coche reservado, las recepcionistas av. Aragon (una ecuatoriana supongo y de gafas). De muy mala manera nos dice q el coche no se puede llevar porque no se puede y ya. Que tenía obligatoriamente sacar un seguro de 352 euros y cancelar al intermediario q era RENTACAR. Accedimos a eliminar la reserva del intermediario pero igual nos dejó sin coche que porque según ella teníamos la obligación de hacer el seguro de 352€.
Es una estafa que por la web yo reserve un coche en 340€ por un mes y al recogerlo me dicen que son 700€ y que cancele al intermediario.
Esta gente juega con los clientes y con las compañias colaboradoras. Juegan sucio, muy sucio.

Estimado Cliente, Gracias por compartir con nosotros su reciente experiencia de alquiler. Aprovechamos la ocasión para recordar que si reserva vía un intermediario, deberá presentar una tarjeta de crédito para el bloqueo de la franquicia desde los 900 euros, dependiendo de la categoría del coche reservado. Si no tiene tarjeta de crédito o no suficiente fondo para el bloqueo, se le ofrecerá nuestra cobertura para poder retirar el vehículo. No deja cancelar reservas
Desde hace unos meses, no deja cancelar reservas hechas por la web. Deberían corregir esto, ya que hablar con alguien de atención al cliente cuesta mucho. Y antes era muy fácil cancelar la reserva y poder hacer otra para otro día. Gracias!
