Better structure your training sessions by planning them. With the upcoming PRO Edition, you will be able to fully create your training programs digitally. From training units per week to sets with weights and reps - everything is kept in one easy to use app module. You can test it for FREE with a limited number of exercises to see how all works. You can choose between a monthly subscription or save 25% on a yearly subscription.
Approximate your 1RM (One-Repetition Maximum) using formulas like Epley or Brzycki. Plan a set based on your 1RM weight by targeting a specific relative intensity.
