He estado viendo la app durante los siete días del periodo de prueba.
Me llamó la atención la interfaz, es una de las mejores entre las apps que analizan el esfuerzo y recuperación al hacer deporte.
Se basa mucho y tiene consejos y artículos sobre estrés y relajación para sacar los valores, a parte de la variabilidad de la frecuencia y el ritmo cardíaco en reposo, como todas.
Su punto fuerte y el enfoque principal es la IA que funciona bastante bién y da respuestas coherentes. Sin embargo para su precio carece de Widgets y lo más importante, las complicaciones para el Apple Watch para poder ver el progreso de esfuerzo restante como tienen otras. Esto seguro que llegará pero por ahora me parece que le faltan todas estas cosas.
