La app se cierra sola

He comprado esta versión y se me cierra sola, igual que la versión gratuita. Trabajo con ella, tengo mucha documentación dentro y no consigo acceder a ella. Necesito una solución

Tras estar trabajando sobre un archivo me dice que está corrupto y ya no puedo hacer nada. He perdido todo lo que había hecho.
