Es una estafa, te bloquea de entrada 30 €!!! No puedo elegir yo la cantidad. Me llegaron cargos fuera de lugar. Recurrí al servicio técnico y me han borrado los datos satisfactoriamente.

Lamentamos cualquier molestia ocasionada. El bloqueo inicial es la forma normal de operar para garantizar que al final de la recarga hay capital para poder pagar el coste, así lo recomiendan las entidades bancarias. El bloqueo se cancela automáticamente en cuanto finaliza la recarga, y aunque depende en última instancia de tu banco, debería verse reflejado en tu cuenta al momento.
Cada operador o gestor de punto de recarga puede decidir la cantidad inicial a bloquear según la tarifa que aplican para que sea lo más justo posible. Si no estás cómodo con el bloqueo que te aplicó el operador puedes contactarle directamente para sugerirle un cambio. Si no sabes cómo contactarle nosotros te ayudamos.
Respecto a los cobros fuera de lugar, aunque es muy raro que suceda, en alguna ocasión pueden provocarse lecturas incorrectas de consumo ya sea por el vehículo, por el punto de recarga o por la comunicación entre ambos. Si se te ha cobrado algo que no procede por un problema de comunicación, no habrá problema en hacer la devolución total, nuestra misión es facilitar la movilidad eléctrica, no queremos hacerlo más difícil :)

Error al hacer login
Con la última actualización me es imposible hacer login en la app. Hasta ahora la había utilizado sin problema...
