Description
PlayRenfe is the Wi-Fi connectivity and entertainment platform available on your Renfe journey and in Cercanías suburban rail stations. You can go online with your devices and make the most of your travelling time by working or enjoying films, live football matches, your favourite series and much, much more.
The service is marked with the PlayRenfe icon next to the train access door on all coaches.
This service is available throughout the journey. To enjoy it, please follow the steps below:
1. Go to your device’s settings and select the PlayRenfe Wi-Fi network that you’ll find on the train.
2. Identify yourself. Choose one of these three ways of logging in:
- Your ticket number (you can scan the QR code on your ticket).
- Your Más Renfe card number; enter the ID card or passport number with which you’re registered with Más Renfe as the password.
- With a promotional code.
With our App you’ll be able to enjoy and access all the contents: film releases, live football, with all the league matches and international competitions, the most popular series, children’s TV, programmes, documentaries, games, books, magazines, music and many other services.
Recommended version of the PlayRenfe App: iOS 13.0 or higher (compatible with earlier versions, for which some features may not be available). NOTE: iOS version 15.0 is currently not fully supported.

Pésimo
No sirve para nada. Se corta cada a cada rato , eso sí te has podido conectar. Lo normal es quedarte "atrapado " en la ventana que dice cargando, espere. Y hay muchos trenes ave que no lo tienen implantado. Como siempre mucha publicidad de Renfe , para nada.
Ya puedes esperar poco de Renfe que aún así consigue decepcionar
En Noviembre de 2019 instalarla es perder el tiempo. Estoy conectado a la wifi del AVE escribiendo esta reseña mientras la app me dice que “no hay conexión”...
Normalmente espero poco de cualquier servicio de Renfe y/o Movistar pero siempre consiguen decepcionarme.
Todo perfecto
Instale la APP a pesar de las reseñas malas, mi primera experiencia ha sido perfecta .
Buena conexión, vi toda la película que elegí sin paradas. Un gusto!
