Pobre en comparacion con otras

El examen es nulo… me pone que estoy perfecto excepto la espalda 🙈
Me gusta que los videos y los estiramientos son diferentes, variados y simples. Son de 3min por estiramiento… lo único malo es que todo es en ingles y no mola! Asi que lo dejare el tiempo gratis y no creo que siga con este.
Como he dicho, estoy pagando por otra app y parece que va mejor…

Poor

Mobility test is simply overhead squat. How to check for posterior chain mobility with that? The measurement is also poor. My ankles finished with 60 and 99 percents, whereas I have quite a deep squat (did olympic weightlifting and crossfit with permanent mobility work for a couple of years)
Personalized routine section is just a whole bunch of workouts all over the place, without any obvious logic. Pathes aiming the certain body parts are just are joke for anybody who is hitting a gym more than a month. Don’t see how these could help me with my mobility game, pain relief, or with strengthening my tendons.
Price is also terrifying comparing not only to alternatives, but to fitness apps in general.
Very poor.
1 star just for Noah Ohlsen, from whom I found out about this app. Otherwise, it’s zero.

Hi candypana, thank you for your honest review. We appreciate your feedback and will take it into consideration as we continue to improve our app. We apologize for any confusion or frustrations you experienced with the mobility test and personalized routine sections. The overhead squat is one of the most commonly used movement assessment protocols because it tests the entire kinetic chain through functional movement. We are scoring based on function/dysfunction, not Range Of Motion. The ability to sink your hips back into a squat and achieve depth 100% assesses posterior chain mobility. Scam

I was told to have a 7 days free trial - and of course as always you need to cancel within these 7 days in order to opt out of the free trial. I opted out and realize now in February that I have been charged every month without using the service, even though they sent me a confirmation email of cancelling trial period.
