Imposible to renew

I Love this App, but I cannot renew my subscription and I loss all my notes!!! Please contact me
Also it’s soo expensive. It would be nice if we can pay directly for more that one year

Disappointed - Careful before purchasing!

I just got Plumb's hoping it would be super complete and it is not. I feel tricked as we do not have the option to try Plumb's beforehand; so just got it trusting "it's popularity". I tried to unsubscribe immediately as soon as I saw it was not what I expected, but couldn't.
The company does NOT give the option. So, now I'm stuck having to pay almost 80 dollars/month FOR A WHOLE YEAR!! I am forced to have a product that is not worth it (missing proper tools for daily vets). It is truly disappointing and feels like a really unfair practice.
