PMcardio is an AI-powered medical solution that empowers healthcare professionals to interpret ECGs accurately in seconds and diagnose and treat 39 cardiovascular diseases with the confidence of an expert cardiologist. PMcardio is a Class IIb medical device certified under the EU MDR regulation. The app integrates human expertise with cutting-edge AI technology.
PMcardio provides patient management and treatment recommendations based on clinical practice guidelines. Using the standardised traffic-light triage system, PMcardio enables users to triage patients more accurately.
The clinical performance of PMcardio has been benchmarked against general practitioners and cardiologists. PMcardio has demonstrated improved diagnostic performance across all standard evaluation metrics.

• ECG Digitisation: PMcardio converts any paper-form or screen-based image of an ECG into a standardised digital waveform.
• ECG Interpretation: PMcardio reads any standard 12-lead ECG and diagnoses it with 38.8% average improved detection.
• Treatment recommendations: PMcardio helps triage & manage patients better thanks to the traffic-light triage system and guideline-adherent treatment recommendations.
