Best Recovery Gadget Ever! 5 STARS!!
I’ve bought my PowerDots a couple of years ago and I have to say that this was The Best decision I’ve made.
The variety of programs, helps and tips to improve your wellness is of the chart!
Also, they have a lot of articles on their website if you are interested in learning about sports, recovery and healthy habits.
Overall a Must Have if you train on a daily basis but also if you suffer from chronic pains, it will not heal you but it will alíviate for sure
App refuses to login
Stu-pid app refuses to login & forces me to go through their marketing krap! I have 1 hour to do PD training and have already lost 20 minutes trying to login over and over with their “internet error”. So basically the PD are USELESS WITHOUT PD servers which means I paid good money for something that I don’t own!!!!!!
does not always sync with health
The device is compact and the application quite well performed, although since the last update something has failed because it does not read the training done with Nike Runner and synchronized with the iPhone. Negative point in the explanation of how to place the electrodes and which program to use, in this Compex is much more intuitive, you can improve!
