What’s New
Version 4.32
We're excited to announce the rollout of our new Check-In Online feature at selected hotels. This feature is designed to enhance your arrival and stay experience by providing a seamless and convenient check-in. Guests can now Check-In Online up to 48 hours before their stay to confirm their booking, add any extras and access the QR code for a speedy kiosk check-in!

Can’t open app
Downloaded to my iPhone. Try to open and get message to tap “update” as it’s out of date. Tapping update returns me to App Store and only option is to open the same downloaded app. Can’t get out of this loop.
Now in App Store get message to update which I’ve done and app is now fine.
Can’t amend booking
If I try to amend booking, it takes me through all of the stages. I press amend changes and all I get is message unsuccessfull.
