Me falta solo la parte de streching

Engañoso

No pienses ni por asomo que con esta app lograrás hacer 100 flexiones seguidas en solo 10 semanas como da a entender. El objetivo es llegar a hacer un entreno de 100 flexiones en un día, lo cual es bastante pobre. Incluso en el nivel más avanzado este entreno es MUY flojo. Solo para los más absolutos principiantes o gente que está en muy baja forma.
