Adding a digital Railcard to a new device

In the new device, I have to login to obtain the code. This is totally fine.

Then, I have to logout to introduce that same code to have my Railcard in the sane new device.

May be a popup in the app explaining this process would help.

Photo, name and issue date not shown

Hi, in the railcard app, I can link my railcard 26-30but neither the photo nor the name and issue date are shown, therefore it is difficult to prove my identity.

I had the 16-25 railcard one week ago and worked perfectly, can anyone advise why I'm having this problem
