Waste of money!

The app is having some issues even with the premium feature which is annoying a bit because you spend almost 40€ for not knowing if the video that you are making can actually being save it properly or not. I hope they can fix this issue.
Customer service is actually really nice and is there to help you and find a solution

I am very sorry about the problem, the support ticket must been lost in the mailbox :( If you paid for the premium and it doesn't work, please, go to settings of the app and tap "Restore purchases" button. If it still didn't help, please, contact us again via reelstemplatesapp@gmail.com and I will make sure you would be helped. Once again, sorry for problems! :(

The app is not working well when uploading photos

The app started good when you add your videos or photos of the template you use the it’s not uploading and I’ve tried more than 10x I give up too bad
