Hay que pagar por cada una... La voz no es muy relajante...

Ritmo demasiado rapido

La voz del orador no es demasiado tranquilizadora sobretodo porque va muy deprisa y en estado de relajacion no te da tiempo a asimilar lo que te indica...yo practico MBSR de la univ. massachussets (Asuero creo que se llama el creador) con unos Cd's muy interesantes para combatir el stress con body scan y esto es mas o menos lo mismo pero mucho mejor con los CD,s....De todas formas agradezco esta app porque cuando viajo no me llevo el PC pero uso el movil

Me gusta el contenido de la meditación pero creo que la voz, es demasiado rápida y su tono debería ser más bajo
