Renpho Health is the best helper in your journey to becoming fitter. The app can track multiple body composition metrics (BMI, Body Fat %, Body Water, Bone Mass, Basal Metabolism Body Age, Muscle Mass, etc). The cloud-based App’s intelligent data analysis and tracking abilities makes it your perfect digital personal helper. It can even convert your data stored over time into charts and reports that can easily be shared by e-mail and multiple social media channels. On top of all that, your entire family can use the App! Renpho Health allows the user to create multiple personal profiles to keep your data separated.
When you use our smart body scales measuring body composition , weight, percentage of body fat , fat weight, height, body mass index (BMI), height and resting calorie consumption data will be synchronized to HealthKit in.
How to connect to Apple Health:
1. After install the Renpho Health App and log in successfully for the first time, a pop-up will prompt to ask whether to allow Renpho Health to access all your health data, please tap Allow in the upper right corner;
2. Open Apple Health, enter your profile, tap Apps> Renpho Health, tap Turn All Categories On;
3. After authorization, your Body Fat Percentage, Body Mass Index, and Lean Body Mass will be synchronized to Apple Health.

Podría mejorar
La app está bien y funciona bien, pero hecho de menos mas posibilidad de comparativas entre periodos a elegir. Otras aplicaciones que funcionan con la báscula sí que dan estas comparativas e informes.
También hecho de menos que al igual que exporta datos no haya manera de importarlos de otras apps similares. Y finalmente, la forma de introducir la nutrición no es cómoda. No deja modificar si ha habido un error, hay que borrarla y volver a meterla. Igualmente, no deja meter datos de nutrición de días atrasados lo cual es un inconveniente si traes datos de otras aplicaciones.

Calcula mal el IMC (BMI)
No sé de donde obtiene la altura para calcular el IMC pero no es la que consta en la app, ya que calcula un IMC de 0,4 puntos por encima del real.
Lo he comprobado haciendo el cálculo manualmente, con otras apps y con calculadoras web como la del NHS. Es molesto y estoy valorando borrar la app y comprar una báscula de otra marca.

Hola Frio Glacial, El IMC se define como la masa corporal dividida por el cuadrado de la altura del cuerpo y se expresa universalmente en unidades de kg/m2, resultante de la masa en kilogramos y la altura en metros. Cuando utiliza la aplicación por primera vez, debe completar cierta información personal, incluida su altura. Si los datos del IMC son incorrectos, le recomendamos que haga clic en el avatar en la APLICACIÓN para ingresar a la página de información personal y confirmar si la altura es correcta.

Useless
I have bought an eye massager and tried to connect it to an app, didn’t succeed, seems app is totally useless.
