The modern form of continuing education

Digitized education can increase the effectiveness of training courses and prove the sustainability of the knowledge acquired. In addition to successfully established training channels, the Salesfactory mobile app provides training where practice begins. It offers learning content where it is needed. In small bites for in between. Always and everywhere. Short, crisp, flexible and modular.

Training by app is learning on a smartphone and in small steps. The mobile learning concept allows for flexibility in terms of time and location and enables a self-directed and individualized learning experience, which - in turn - serves to ensure lasting knowledge retention. The content is presented in short and compact flashcards and videos that can be accessed anytime and anywhere. Learning progress can also be checked at any time.

In general, the question complexes are prepared in such a way that they can be worked on interactively. All content is easy to access, can be updated quickly and can be scaled both externally and internally. In addition, learning progress can be monitored and learning impulses can be provided where necessary.


The strategy - how learning works today

SALESFACTORY uses the microtraining method for digital knowledge transfer. The essence of a wide range of knowledge content is presented in a compact format and deepened through short and active learning steps. In traditional learning, an algorithm is used for this. The questions are answered in random order. If a question is answered incorrectly, it is repeated later - until it is answered correctly up to 3 times in a row in the learning unit.

In addition to classic learning, level learning is also offered. In level learning, the system divides the questions into three levels and asks them randomly. There is a breather between the individual levels in order to memorize the content in the best possible way. This is necessary in order to achieve a sustainable acquisition of knowledge. A final test makes the learning progress visible and shows where possible deficits lie and where repetition may be useful.

Learning stimuli through quizzes and/or learning duels

At SALESFACTORY, in-company training should be fun. The playful learning approach is implemented through the possibility of quiz duels. Colleagues, managers or even external partners can be challenged to a duel. This makes learning even more entertaining. The following game mode is possible: three rounds of 3 questions each determine who is the knowledge king.


Get talking with the chat function

The chat function in the app makes it possible for SALESFACTORY employees and external partners to exchange ideas and support each other.
