SAM Tickets is a helpdesk software for reporting and managing maintenance issues happening in a property. This user-friendly tool helps any businesses make their facility management smooth.
You can download SAM TICKETS free of charge, but the usage will require an active SAM profile.
Please install the application only if you have already used SAM in your workplace and your employer obtained the necessary SAM Mobile App license.

- Receive push notifications on ticket updates
- Report an issue easily and assign tickets to the responsible team/person !

- Filter information based on location, or type of issue.
