He cambiado de iPhone a un 12 Pro Max y no me deja abrír la aplicación con todas mis notas que ahora necesito

First of all we would like to say sorry for all the trouble you have faced due to the sudden loss of Notes issue with Version 3.0 update as we had some programming issue and we are apologise for the same and it was really hard time for us and by working day and night we have resolved the issue in the new version of app with version 3.1 on the Store.

Please update the new version of app without deleting the existing app in your device. And that will get all your Notes back to the app without any problem.

DEJO DE FUNCIONAR!! Y AÚN SIGUE SIN FUNCIONAR

Dejó de funcionar así de la nada, perdí mis notas!!!!! Borre la app hace meses y volví a instalarla, sacaban actualizaciones y la app nunca funcionaba. Hasta ahora la app sigue sin funcionar. Me gustaba mucho esta app y ahora la an fastidiado toda. Quiere recuperar todas las notas que yo tenía y me dijeron que no tenía que haber borrado la app, ahora me tengo que fastidiar sin mis notas cuándo yo lo que quiero es recuperarlo todo!!!!!! Y que vuelva a funcionar la app!!!!! Y de hace meses que no lo arreglan!!! Quiero que funcione esta app!!! Y quiero recuperar todas las notas que tenía. Intento entrar a la app desde meses atrás y la app se cierra, no deja entrar!!!!!!
Arreglar todo este desastre y quiero recuperar mis notas!!!!!!!

First of all thanks for using our application. And we are really sorry for the inconvenience you are facing with the app with the last update of the app.

We are working on the issues now and beginning next week we are expecting the quick solution for the app issues with the older notes.

But to get your notes back to the app again, we are requesting all of you not to delete the app from your device for now. We will keep you updating with email itself once the issue is resolved and then after updating the app you will get all your notes back.

If you allow us then please stay with us and give us 2-3 days and we will be back with all your notes very soon as our team is working on this issue very closely so far.
