Description
The SmartWorkout app offers strength training programs and workout plans designed specifically for training with the SmartWorkout Elite equipment and resistance bands.
Whether you're at home, on the go, or in holidays, boost your performance and maximize your results by following our programs: hypertrophy, express workouts, strength training, toning, and weight loss.
Our plans are easy to follow: each week is divided into several sessions, each of them indicating the number of sets and repetitions for each exercise and a video showing how to perform the exercise correctly.
Once you have completed a session: indicate that you have completed it and enter the resistance used in the "Tracking" tab to follow your progress throughout the programs.
It is possible to download the sessions in advance to be able to access them anywhere, even without a stable Internet connection.
The SmartWorkout application in detail:

+ 100 fast, intense and ultra-efficient workouts
+50 exercises with video demonstrations and explanations
+Tracking of your activity and performance (resistance used for each exercise).

La app está bien pero mejoraria muchisimo si estuviera es español
Fine product. Disappointing app
Overall the bands and all the stuff that comes with it looks pretty decent. However, I bought the product because the app and its training programs seemed cool. Turns out you pay 5€ and I’m not really sure why. You have 3 very basic training programs. You can’t customize workouts and the tracking feature is an overall tool that you have to use outside of the workout (instead of being able to record the load and reps directly from the program). It’s not a cheap product and with the app being so basic it really makes it a very average product.
I hope they revamp the app and I can turn this into a 5* review.
