Sad experience

I have spent the last two weeks getting work ordets approved through Kaizen for the apartment I own. It is painful.
The people on the WhatsApp Help Line is trying their best, but the managers and people deciding in the relevant departments are not helpful at all.
It seems they do not understand the issues and what is necessary to do in an emergency. For a 2 day work order on a minor work they need 24 hours to approve.
For a job that take 3-4 hours to do I have spent 6-7 hours explaining to Kaizen in order to receive their approval. It is an absolute joke!
