What else changed? I killed a lot of bugs, made the sync better between iPhone and Apple Watch and I added nicer animations.

No sirve para nada.
Una app de notas sin más. Ni pone la pantalla más oscura ni permite cambiar el tamaño de fuente. Estafa.

No aparece la complicación y en consejos la ofrecen como si se pudiera.
