Correcto

La verdad que está bien, sin embargo le faltan más ejercicios, y sobre todo una sección de movilidad.

Decente pero con carencias muy visibles

La aplicación está bien. Tiene varias secciones para según el tipo de estiramientos que quieras hacer (pre-entrenamiento, dormir, levantarse…). Los problemas muy visibles que veo son 4:

- Falta de ilustraciones: te ponen una imagen, en vez de a una persona, haciendo los ejemplos de estiramientos. Pero es que la imagen ni siquiera los representa bien, puesto que el icono hace los estiramientos en 2 movimientos rápidos.

- Ejercicios demasiado complejos: yo soy un usuario iniciado, y precisamente me bajé la app para mejorar mi elasticidad. Tienen demasiados ejercicios, aún seleccionando que eres un usuario iniciado, que son muy difíciles de hacer. No me quiero imaginar si llego a seleccionar usuario avanzado o si simplemente llego a tener sobrepeso, o una edad avanzada.

- Ejercicios muy repetitivos: hago las mismas secciones y siempre me ponen los mismos ejercicios. No meten nuevos ejercicios, ni variantes…

- No tiene en cuenta el entorno físico donde los haces: deben dar por hecho de que los haces en tu casa y con una esterilla. Mucha gente estira después de entrenar en la calle, o está en un gimnasio y no hay esterillas disponibles. O simplemente al aire libre sin pared. Los ejercicios no tienen cuenta nada de esto.

En fin, muchas carencias como para pagar 30€. Tienes mejores ejercicios en YouTube o en internet y gratis. A día de hoy no recomendaría Bend

So boring

3 times i tried to use it, too many questions until it gets started. I don’t wanna waste my entire life waiting for some postures and answering 50 questions. I just wanna open the app and have some quick suggestions. All the app are the same, 800 useless questions and they will show the same things.
