Atención es lamentable no logras hablar con nadie
Llevo intentando hablar con alguien de la compañía y es imposible; el comercial te remite a la App que es liosa y no puedes hablar con PERSONAS. Si alguien responsable de la compañía le interesa que pongan un teléfono de atención al cliente y que revisen el robot que tienen programado para el chat y atender a sus clientes como es correcto. Porque las tarifas si que las cobráis.
Pésimo servicio. No recomendable
Al principio iba genial pero…Hemos tenido varios problemas con los repartidores , los repartidores se dan la vuelta con los pedidos y así pueden cobrar también la vuelta. ( por no hablar de que mientras mandan el tuyo reparten de otras plataformas) El servicio de atención es pésimo y lento. Por no hablar de las subidas de precios…..

Para poner una reclamación llevo esperando días, el servicio de atención al cliente no contesta (siempre ha su beneficio) Me he ganado un cupón en la aplicación, por lo tanto hice un pedido con el mismo importe del cupón (cosa que no es primera vez que hacia un pedido con cupones en esta aplicación) a los días me respondieron que sera para las próxima el cupón que esta vez no me lo descontaban (21,01€ me han cobrado por un envío) Estoy esperando el reembolso de mi dinero y que como la ley lo indica me quiten lo correspondiente de mi cupón, de todas maneras ya he hecho mi denuncia en la policia.
