App working very slowly, need help !!!

Hi!
I have your daily planner Summit and using it already more than one year.
But now this app starting to work really slowly... I have to wait more than 5 seconds
until it starts to work normally when I open it and also, during it using, it is also make
all activities really slow...
Sometime some of my points losing, disapearing and changing, but it is not a biggest
problem for me.
The main problem is really slow work of the app.
How you can fix it? I can not contact you via app, because there is no any youк contacts
or feedback possibilities...
Hope you can help me and I will not looking for new app, because I like your app and want
to continue use it.
