Falla cada semana y el servicio de atención al cliente pésimo

Cada semana tengo que reiniciar el programa y escribir al chat porque me da problemas, se doblan productos, se quedan comanda sin enviar cuando ya están enviadas, el iPad mini no conecta bien con el máster en un restaurante que no tiene ni 10 metros, hablas con ellos y se piensan que tu eres informático y de repente cuando se les da la hora te dejan colgado en mitad del servicio y te pasan un calendario para que concertés una cita para que te llamen, pésimo programa, voy a buscar otras opciones

UN TPV PÉSIMO

Llevamos varios años trabajando con este TPV y cada vez va de mal en peor , tenemos problemas con la AppStore en las dos tablet todos los días , TODOS LOS DÍAS ! Nos retrasa los turnos , no lo recomendamos para nada , ya estamos viendo alternativas , en cuanto al soporte técnico del chat ni te molestes en escribirles por que no te ayudan en nada , solo saben decir actualiza . No gastéis vuestro dinero
