Mal funcionamiento
La app en sí no esta bien optimizada. Da errores en el pago, se cierra, y no hablar de los raffles… He participado literalmente en 50 sorteos además de ser cliente desde hace 8 años. No me ha tocado ni uno, me cuesta entender lo poco que se cuida la relación con tu propia clientela.
No me acepta la inscripción a los raffles
La descargué para inscribirme en un raffle, completé todo, puse mi tarjeta y cuando le doy a aceptar me sale que algo salió mal y que no se guardó mi participación, así todas las veces que lo hago.
