If something is wrong with your bike, plan your appointment with our app. You can visit our store or we will come to you within 24 hours, wherever you are in the city. We will fix or swap your bike for a working one.

This release we have updated the way you can change the address where you want to meet during your appointment.
Furthermore some UI improvements:
- Fix on the login/signup screen
- Update on the issue selection screen for getting help with your bike

Nice bike!

I rented the bike with gears and it works very good. I am happy with it! I have been with it for a month and I haven’t had any problem yet. This is my code just in case you want to use their service too! CARMEN01065

Worst customer service ever

Swapfiets is nice and the bikes are good, but whenever you have a problem or requirement for customer service don’t expect them to do anything right.

Scammers

I think they are some sort of scammers.
They charge for everything like they even charge you if you miss an appointment like 20€. Who does that? They are either cheeky af or they simply don’t know how to manage a company. The worst customer service I’ve ever seen in my life. They don’t answer your calls they give you a fake queue and then you can wait like 1h that nobody is gonna answer you. The emails give you useless response and the WhatsApp bot it simply leaves you on read. It feels like a joke company. They should start waking up or they could face a lawsuit by someone someday.
