TAP: Say Thank You 4+

The TAP social thanking app is the easy way to thank anyone, anytime and anywhere.
With the TAP App it only takes a few seconds to send a thank you message (moderated for positivity) to an individual or organisation. Whether you’d like to thank a doctor, nurse, teacher, carer or say thank you to the NHS.
You can read messages on our thanking walls and access articles, podcasts and tips to improve your own mental wellbeing.

Registration
· With the TAP App users can register and follow keyworkers organisations, making the app personalised to them
· Users can list themselves as an employee to receive in-app messages of thanks and they will see all the keyworkers organisations they follow and the messages they receive

Thanking Walls
· Users can find keyworkers organisations to thank through a new navigation system
· Sending a message of thanks is simple and just takes a minute

Push Notifications
· Users can receive direct messages of thanks
· Users can see messages of thanks to keyworker organisations they work at or follow
· Users can receive broadcast messages from TAP

Map of Thanks
· A Map of Thanks enables users to visually see keyworker organisations across the UK
· Users can engage with the map to zoom in and access the thanking walls of keyworker organisations

My Wellbeing
· Users can access articles, videos and ‘Top Tips’ to improve mental wellbeing, written and created by TAP’s content team
· Users receive an aggregate score based on use of the app which encourages engagement with the app

TAP Radio
· TAP Radio is a series of radio shows produced by our content team
· The shows are a combination of interviews, messages of thanks and feel-good tunes.
· Content is streamed from TAP’s Soundcloud, Spotify and Alexa

TAP VR
· An introduction to TAP's revolutionary patient and keyworker wellbeing tool, currently being rolled out to organisations across the country
