No me deja añadir tickets
Me acabo de bajar la app y registrarme. He ido al apartado de la Style Card y en ningun momento me da la opción para registar mis tickets, no me aparece nada en ese apartado. Solo dos pestañas y en ninguna de ellas la opción de añadir ticket.
Peor que horrible
No deja agregar tickets, en las tiendas te dicen que lo haces luego manual y no se puede (porque tienes todos los errores posibles o siquiera no están todas las tiendas) por lo que igual no cargas nada y nunca agregas tickets. La app se cierra sola y luego pide login nuevamente. Los días de rebajas o eventos tampoco están en la app y te llegan los mails o ves el comercial en el Outlet directamente, por lo que la app es inservible, no agrega valor sino que ocupa espacio en el móvil.
Error con tickets
En la tienda de Getafe, al querer añadir un ticket y al seleccionar la tienda, la tienda de Guess ni siquiera aparece por lo que no se puede añadir. El ticket de Salsa Jeans me sale como inexistente saltando el mensaje de “el ticket parece que no existe”. Solo hemos podido añadir manualmente el de Desigual, porque en la tienda a través del QR tampoco funcionaba. Sería todo un detalle que pongan la aplicación a funcionar correctamente ya que es una idea muy buena.
