We've fixed a few things and tweaked some others. We've quite simply made the app slightly better.

Non paying taxes and dangerous workers

The tiptapp app withholds the opportunity to report “giggers” that are canceling last minute and also the once’s that ask for more money in between. Customer service refuses to take action and responsibility.

Considering not taking action against fraudulent and dangerous drivers/movers makes me want to warn against the app and at least be very careful.
