Bug fixes and improved recommendations

Ok. But worse this version

There have been some big disimprovements this version:
1. AirPlay support is gone
2. The slider (to move to a specific point in a show) is now much shorter and it's impossible to place it accurately.
3. The slider doesn't have scrub mode any more further adding to the above problem.
4. About 80% of the home screen is now devoted to advertising to the detriment of user experience.
5. That new play button is flaky. Sometimes takes up to 30 seconds to start a show. Doesn't stop when pressed.

Come on TodayFM! Why this backward step?

Update probs

I love this app and listen back to shows and podcasts evryday but since the last update i cant ! Everytime i try to open app it just closes down again, really annoying! Please fix it!
