I open the app, add the design, the address ans when i try to pay it tells me I need to update the app, but there is no update in the App Store. I had a few mins to send something to my father in law ams half an hour later I’m still trying to solve it. The hardest part should have been choosing the images to include, not figuring out how to pay for it. Just about to abandon the whole thing and find another way!
I keep loosing my account details very irritating

Ive been a member for many years and love the app but I keep loosing my account and I log in and all my credits (I had 4 left ) disappear as do my drafts and past shipments .😢

It’s a nice way to stay in touch with your loved ones, especially in corona times because you can do it from home. Great customer service with quick response time and generous help. I have only used it twice till now, but I am happy to use it more in the future.
