Many troubles with super bad customer service

Believe me, it’s better to use an airbnb or a hotel.

I know it’s not about review to the app functionality, but it is worth noting how bad my experiences were.

This is like an institutionalised airbnb. Travelio provides customer services on behalf of room owners.

For me, It sounded the customer service level would be consistent, but oh boy, at super low level.

They do not refund deposit unless we contact, wifi is out of service for a week even though I paid for it, customer service does not have phone number and “live chat” does not reply in a day.

Unlike airbnb, there is no one representing and taking responsibility for the experience in each room. The one we can email to is the anonymous “customer service” from travelio.

Therefore, they can just ignore messages and complaints because no one would experience a sense of guilty or pain.
