Worst service ever!
If the car doesn't have credit you have to pay from your pocket and they don't refund you! You offer a service you don’t provide! Costumer service is slow and they don't have consistent procedures. They are also not empowered for solutions. I don't recommend their services at all. Better to rent a car somewhere else! Or even take a smelly taxi.
