ScanTone, a sound that represents the amount of recognizable text in the camera's field of view in real time. It uses artificial intelligence to analyze the live feed from the camera for text, angle, rotation, and document edges.
Exports scans as plain text or accessible PDF with embedded text. Works with Voice Dream Reader, our full-featured text-to-speech reader. Sends scanned documents directly to Reader.

muy potente, pero consume mucha batería
Me parece una aplicación muy buena e intuitiva, pero consume mucha batería, tengo un iPone 6s.
Faltan ciertos ajustes
No debería exigir permisos a la cámara para acceder, aún en la versión 2, por resultar coercitivo y dado que es posible aplicarlo a las fotos u otros documentos almacenados en archivos. Las siguientes observaciones para versiones previas aún tienen que verificarse para la nueva: Debería contemplar la definición de la posición vertical u horizontal del texto respecto a la pantalla previa a la aplicación del OCR, ya que parece fallar en posiciones horizontales, habituales en iPad y posibles en modelos Pro de iPhone, aprovechando para permitir comprobar la adecuación de las guías básicas de secciones o flujo del texto para asegurar las exclusiones (por ejemplo de páginas con texto de difícil identificación, pero prescindibles, como la portada o los encabezados y pies de página) y evitar problemas con formatos en columnas.
La mejor aplicación de escáner que he tenido
Fácil, rápida y con una calidad de reconocimiento de texto extraordinaria. Es la que yo recomiendo y he probado unas cuantas.
