SENDING YOUR ITEM TO VESTIAIRE COLLECTIVE IS THE SAME AS THROWING IT INTO A BLACK HOLE.There is a high chance that you will never see your items again. At least that has happened to me. Before I start, I must say that I am not a big fan of sharing my dreadful experiences online but this time I am forced to make an exception because of Vestiaire´s poor customer support and other accumulated incidents. I had sold two items via VC mid-June this year. I sent the items to their warehouse for verification purpose and I haven´t seen them or the payment since. Few days upon receipt I was told that they did not meet the quality standards and that I need to pay an extra GBP 22 shipping fee if I wish them to be returned to me. This is the start of my saga. I have sent the proof of payment to their support team (I received a written confirmation that they got it 26/06). I have been informed that VC has 14 days to ship back the items. 18 days after, I still haven´t received the items nor any confirmation when they will be shipped. Each time I contact their customer support team they ask me to provide them with the same details and repeat the same phrase that they will send those details to their payment team, so we are literally spinning in circles. For as far as I know the items might have been sold, lost or stolen. I have opened a total of 5 chat conversations with different members of their customer support team -some have been kind and professional, while others appallingly rude (wish I could attach the screenshots of those chats). Overall, they did not answer any of my concerns, nor were they able to confirm the location of my items, nor when will they be shipped. No one followed up, no one provided any form of concrete information to this day. In my few years selling on different platforms, I have never dealt with worst customer support and seller´s care team. This is a pity because the app started as a wonderful idea. The law of business says that awful customer service will not go unpunished and that it almost always reflects in the drop of shareholder value. This is happening to VC, as I came here to share my experience I red many reviews like mine. People are outraged and disappointed. Both sellers and buyers are losing trust in your services.Recommendation for VC: Be kind, because without your community your platform wouldn´t be worth a penny. Be organized, follow up regularly, and assign one account manager per certain number of disputes. Provide significant and precise information instead of repeating empty manual phrases. Recommendation for sellers: Do not sell on this platform until it improves the way how they treat their community. PS: To this day I am short of 2 pairs of shoes and £22.I have written evidence of all the claims I made here. Disappointed seller
