A lot to improve
Some times the system don’t recognize the return and keep charging you until your account its to 0 or even negative.
Assistance its slow and the phone number in the app don’t works.
Account activation it’s difficult and misleading.
I waited 2 months for reviewing this service, because I didn’t want to get influenced by other reviews, but sadly my experience with it has been bad.
They need to improve the assistance system to solve issues faster.
Problems
Works ok in general terms but the support doesn’t work at all. It charged me 4 times more for a bike rent without any reason. I reported the problem with a message inside the app but without any answer. I tried to call them but they don’t answer the phone...
