Worst app ever
Of all times
Worse app & trip ever
First of all, they lost our baggage when travelling to Vietnam, we were 7 days without our bags and they gave us 30USD each (2pax) as a compensation. They ruined our vacation and didn’t care about it. In addition to that, not possibility to do the check in online as the app is giving errors all the time. Sometimes it does not even recognise the reservation code. Try to avoid this company if you can.
