Description
Vinegar is a Safari extension that replaces the YouTube player with a minimal HTML video tag.
It removes ads, restores picture-in-picture, and keeps videos playing in the background.
Note: The "can read information from webpages" text in the permission section is just unfortunate wording. Vinegar needs access to the web page to find the YouTube player and replace it. It's not doing anything creepy!
(By the way, check out Vinegar's companion app, Baking Soda. It's basically a less powerful version of Vinegar, but it works on all websites other than YouTube.)

Ratings and Reviews
Very good but needs some improvements
I have been testing the application for a day and I must say that it works wonderfully on my iPhone 13. It is worth paying what the app costs.
However, on my MacBook with M1Pro chip and Ventura OS it has some bugs so I can't use it properly. It would be nice to review the app. For now I will keep it on my iPhone which is a plus yes or yes.

Esta extensión de safari simplemente cambia los tags html en las webs para usar la reproducción de vídeo nativa en los vídeos de YouTube.
Eso hace que, además de funcionar más fluida y evitar el tracking por parte de google, se pueda usar picture-in-picture en ellos, función que es de pago en la app nativa de YouTube.
