Does not store covid QR

On the government site was announced “stores covid QR” but it is just advertising of the country, and a survey to know more about you. The app only has an external link to the same government site that recommended to download it.

Thank you on your feedback. You need to follow all the steps and fill in the PLF (from the browser path that opens within your device) in order to be able to have a QR in your device.

Tanto en iPhone como en iPad la app se cierra sola al intentar usarla.

Please make sure that you have registered in Visit Greece app. You cannot login with credentials from the web page (PLF). If you still facing any problem, please send us an email to visitgreeceapp@warp.ly in order to help you as soon as possible.

Useless

It is supoosed to be the official app for foreigners visiting Greece (in the Greek government website they strongly recommend you to download it), with an special section dedicated to health and COVID. There are plenty of advertisements of different companies (restaurants, shops, etc), but when it comes to inform visitors about important news which affects them directly, such as the cancellation of all flights connecting Greece with their homeplace, it’s useless. You cannot find this info anywhere, no notifications, not even a link to a site where you can be up-to-date. What is even worse is that there is a contact section which I imagine nobody reads, as I sent a contact form and I never received an answer. I’m afraid the goal of this app is merely advertising. What a shame!

The app is designed in order for travelers to easily find places to visit and things to do in Greece as well as get informed on Covid-19 measures and fill the PLF, in order to enter Greece safely. We work aiming to add more content and functionalities and offer travelers the best experience while using the app.
