Unsubscribing?

I have just subscribed and I'm still on the trial period, I want to try it before deciding if I should unsubscribe. However, there is no option to unsubscribe neither within the app or through the App store (this app does not appear in my subscriptions) and it has already been charged in my card! How I will be able to unsubscribe if I finally wany to do it? Also, I subscribed with my iPad but when I try to use it in my iPhone I have to pay again! Is there the option to use the same account in different devices? There is no option either to switch my account from my iPad to my iPhone (if I could only use it in one device and I wanted to change it to another). I write here because there is no way to comunicate with them through the app...
