Refuses to stay on the same page when you go back

It’s a no-frills app listing reviews and search options but with a huge usability problem. When you find a product, read the review and look elsewhere on safari for prices, when you go back to this app it starts at the home page. You have to start the search all over again, gets frustrating after a couple of times and just give up. Simple fix to stay on the same page would make a big difference.
